Activities
2026 Promoted Employees’ Social Contribution Activity
On Wednesday, April 15, 2026, employees promoted in 2026 visited a childcare facility in Anseong City to take part in a spring social contribution activity. This activity was organized to practice coexistence with the local community and share the value of giving. Participants helped improve the living environment by cleaning designated areas within the facility, removing dust and unnecessary items, and inspecting and organizing winter equipment. In addition, they prepared snacks and operated play programs in time for the children’s return from school, creating a meaningful opportunity to communicate with the children and share enjoyable memories together. The company will continue to carry out social contribution activities that bring positive and warm changes to the local community, while faithfully fulfilling its corporate social responsibilities.
2025 Second Half Employee Participation Social Contribution Activities (Blood Donation)
In 2025, Hansol Iones continued its commitment to social contribution activities with the goal of mutual growth with the local community. The proportion of contributions based on social and economic value consisted of 60% in donations, 37% in blood donations, and 3% in volunteer activities, ensuring a balanced operation between direct support and employee participation initiatives. In particular, in-house blood donation activities saw a significant increase in both participation and results compared to the previous year. The number of participants rose from 58 in 2024 (a total of 18,560mL donated, benefiting 174 recipients) to 90 in 2025 (a total of 28,800mL donated, benefiting 270 recipients)—an approximate 55% increase across the board in donors, blood volume, and beneficiaries. This achievement is especially meaningful as it reflects the voluntary participation of employees leading to real-life acts of saving lives. Moving forward, Hansol Iones will continue to promote social contribution activities that offer substantive support to the local community, going beyond temporary assistance and spreading the value of mutual growth.
Employee-Participation Social Contribution Activity in the Second Half of 2025 (Coastal Cleanup)
Hansol Iones has been continuously engaging in various social contribution activities. In September 2025, following the efforts made in the first half of the year, the company carried out a coastal cleanup activity in collaboration with its in-house Fishing Club. Together, they collected household waste from coastal areas, contributing to the creation of a cleaner marine environment. This activity was more than just an environmental cleanup — it was a meaningful opportunity to reflect on and put into practice “what we can do right now.” Hansol Iones will continue to grow as a company that has a positive impact on both the environment and society through such initiatives.
2025 Employee-Engaged Social Contribution Activity (Plogging)
Starting in 2025, Hansol IONES plans to expand its participatory ESG initiatives that contribute to local communities through social contribution activities reflecting the interests of its employees. As a first step, 20 members of the company’s running club Kkangchong Kkangchong took part in a plogging activity this past May along the Bakdujin Trail at Geumgwang Lake. This event, which combined running with environmental protection, was a meaningful and rewarding experience for all participants. Moving forward, Hansol IONES will continue to lead the way in building a sustainable society through a wide range of ESG activities in collaboration with its employees.
Employee Engagement Campaign for Biodiversity Protection
Hansol IONES partnered with the environmental social venture TreePlanet to conduct a social contribution campaign aimed at preserving biodiversity. This initiative focused on restoring endangered tree species and was carried out by distributing saplings and DIY growth kits to employees. Under a matching grant model, for every plant purchased by the company, an equal number of endangered saplings were cultivated in a nursery. Once sufficiently grown, these saplings are transplanted into forests to contribute to natural restoration efforts. A total of 100 employees participated in this campaign, supporting the protection and propagation of the endangered Parlor Palm (Chamaedorea elegans). Hansol IONES will continue to promote sustainable practices in harmony with nature, contributing to ecosystem conservation and creating lasting social value.
2024 Hansol IONES Social Contribution Report
Throughout 2024, Hansol IONES actively carried out a variety of social contribution activities in collaboration with the local community. The total value of these contributions amounted to approximately KRW 21 million, with the following breakdown: 71% donations, 28% blood donations, and 1% volunteer work. In particular, the in-house blood donation campaign, held for the second consecutive year, saw voluntary participation from employees, resulting in 18.6 liters of blood donated. This generous contribution is estimated to have benefited around 174 patients, providing them with life-saving transfusions. Hansol IONES remains committed to building a sustainable and mutually beneficial relationship with the local community through continuous and impactful social contribution efforts.
